Empire Swimming is a year-round competitive swim program formed to serve competitive swimmers ages six and up in the Metropolitan Tri-State area and is a member club of USA Swimming (link) and the Metropolitan Swimming (link) Local Swim Committee (LSC). Empire’s philosophy is one of progression. Through unparalleled coaching, training and preparation, Empire athletes succeed by continually challenging themselves to achieve personal bests to get to the “next level” in their swimming career.
In the USA Swimming Virtual Club Championships, which ranks the top 7,000 swim teams, Empire Swimming is currently ranked #17 in the country. We are ranked #6 in the Eastern Zone, which covers Maine to Virginia.
Our coaching staff has over fifty years of combined coaching experience, led by Ilan Noach (ASCA Level V), Kevin Stone and Bill Natlo (both ASCA Level III), Brian McClintock (ASCA Level II), Michael Ruggiero, Inga DeNunzio, Glen Watson, Abbe Egan, Craig McClintock, and Sharon Callahan.
